Today I’d love for you to know that your body has natural wisdom in every single cell.

That’s not just woo-woo fluff – it’s a scientific fact. The formal name for it is homeostasis, meaning that your body is always working to bring itself back into balance.

To achieve this balance, your body has all sorts of signals it gives you to let you know when it needs something it doesn’t have. Aches, pains, and cravings are common examples of those signals.

The catch is, you’ve probably been taught to disregard or numb out those signals – even blame or shame yourself for them. (Sugar cravings, anyone?)

One key step in your journey to optimal health is restoring your relationship with your body and honoring its wisdom. Today’s short video is an invitation to take that step.

If your body has been specifically trying to help you balance Candida levels but you’ve been struggling to hear it, join Conquering Candida to get a healthy relationship with your body – and so much more!
