Here we are in the throes of the Coronavirus, when everyone is trying to find the best way to keep themselves and their loved ones safe.

It can be hard knowing what to do in the middle of fear. When panic takes over, it influences your nervous system and thoughts in a way that might steer you away from the spiritual teachings you’ve been falling, back to what you’ve been conditioned to rely on.

Spiritual truths and physical safety do not need to be mutually exclusive, but finding where they intersect requires a clear mind.

Therefore, to help you navigate through these trying times, as well as whatever comes afterward, I’ve created this Lilac Fire Meditation for you to cleanse your thoughts, feelings, and energy field.
