Do you experience anxiety and/or depression?

Have you ever wondered, “If I attract what I am, then why have I attracted this anxiety/depression?”

Here’s the explanation: Anxiety and depression both happen because of a Core Wound that you experienced while you were still in the womb. That’s why it’s so hard for traditional therapies to get to the root cause, because it started before you had conscious thought.

In other words, you attract the experience because your energy is blocked.

Anxiety is the result of the Core Wound at the Crown Chakra. It cuts you off from guidance you’re designed to receive directly from your Creator. As a result, there’s no inner compass telling which is right, so you keep juggling them all.

Depression is the result of the Core Wound at the Root Chakra. You know which idea to act on, but don’t trust that you’ll be supported or successful in doing it. As a result, you unconsciously put all your resources into suppressing your energy, instead of letting your power work for you.

The effects of these wounds accumulate and eventually affect the physical body in any number of ways. For many people, it manifests as the chemical imbalance that causes anxiety or depression.

I’m always clear with my clients that they need to keep taking their doctor-prescribed medicine as long as the problem exists on a physical level. Along the way, most of them find that as we heal their chakras and clear the underlying emotional issues, the chemicals naturally balance themselves and they can talk to their doctors about being weaned off the medicine.
