  • Despite your efforts to calm it, chronic emotional stress keeps your nervous system in fight/flight mode as much as 90% of the time.
  • By design, being in fight/flight mode slows digestion and metabolism, which impairs your ability to absorb nutrients from your food, no matter how "good" or "healthy" your diet is.
  • Meanwhile, rampant production of stress hormones "steals" nutrients that are needed for digestion, metabolism, and many other functions.
  • Nutrient depletion slows digestion and metabolism even further.
  • Poor protein metabolism keeps your body from making ATP, the energy molecule produced by your mitochondria, causing fatigue. 
  • Low ATP production means you're not accumulating enough adenosine, the byproduct of ATP usage, to make you feel sleepy. Thus, low adenosine is a much more likely culprit in your inability to sleep than low melatonin.
  • Sleep deprivation adds to chronic stress, emotionally and physically.
  • Poor protein metabolism leads to insufficient production of the "feel good" neurochemicals. Combined with how your failing health makes you feel about yourself, this creates more emotional stress. 
  • With nothing sufficiently stopping them, all of these factors create a downward spiral of ever-depleting energy and mood, which over time leads to dysfunction in other systems too.

Resolve Chronic Fatigue in 3 Clear Steps

Stopping the downward spiral requires two points of intervention: resolving chronic stress and restoring the right nutrient deficiencies. We can accomplish that in these three steps: 

Step 1

Verify the specific subconscious patterns and nutrient deficiencies causing your chronic fatigue and how your body is asking for them to be resolved.

Step 2

Reduce chronic emotional and physical stress by permanently healing your Core Wounds.

Core Wounds are the deepest root cause of every emotional issue that triggers you. They're also the reason why your nervous system goes into fight-flight mode for emotional issues rather than just physical threats.

Christina's proprietary method and framework permanently eliminates these deepest subconscious patterns, which she has organized into 12 categories.
