How We’ll Get to the Fifth Dimension

By Christina Ammerman

Ascension, fifth dimension, healing, lightworkers, negative emotions

In last week’s article we began to explore what the fifth dimension is. And wow, did it stir up some conversation! Not just in the blog comments but also in email replies. I’ve had conversations with more of you on this topic than on most of my other posts.

The conversations had two main themes: “Thanks for talking about this stuff,” and “I’m still trying to wrap my head around this.” There were also a one or two people who offered to help me understand the topic better, because as I’m being very open about, I don’t fully understand it myself.

To that point, if I don’t understand it, why would I try to write about it? That’s an important question; the answer is that the main purpose of these particular articles isn’t to disseminate information – it’s to awaken the aspects of your consciousness that have been waiting for a sign.

So even if your intellect raises a dozen unanswered questions, know that  a deeper level of your consciousness has received a very clear activation signal, just as we all planned before we incarnated.

The good news is, even if an understanding of the fifth dimension is too much to grasp, the understanding of how to continue evolving is much simpler. You’ve already been doing what’s needed, but now you’re being nudged to make a stronger commitment to these necessary changes:

1. Care about yourself

Self-care amounts to giving yourself love, and love raises your vibration. From now on, remember that feeling good is important, and give yourself permission to do what’s necessary to feel good. Tend to your needs – emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Let go of everything fear-based. There is no fear in the fifth dimension, so as long as you hold fear within you, your energy will be too dense to reach that high. Understand that “fear-based” means anything that isn’t “love-based” and includes feelings of guilt, resentment, shame, worry, lack – anything that isn’t hope or above. Release fear, embrace joy.

You release these energies by first acknowledging that you have them. Be aware of your verbal word choices and your inner self-talk. It all matters; there’s no more room for excuses like “I didn’t mean those words literally.” Mean what you say and say what you mean. Notice what you say to yourself and others. Try to reframe your thoughts and your words to be more positive; if you can’t, get support from a healer or coach.

2. Care about others

Unlike the third dimension, which is very ego-based (“self”-based), the fifth dimension is all about connection and oneness. As you continue to build genuine connections with other people, you emulate life in the higher dimension, which brings you closer to it.

Be compassionate toward everyone, including those who don’t appear to be making an ascension. Because first of all, you never really know what someone is experiencing. Second, as important as it is for as many people as possible to let go of fear, putting our attention on those who remain fear-based is self-defeating: As long as we point our fingers at them, we hold the energy of blame and fear within ourselves.

3. Care about the planet

Mother Earth is going through her own growing pains; the more that we abuse her, the more likely that she has to fight against us and might eventually have to extinguish us in order to survive. But if we nurture her, then she can provide the environment necessary to support the ascension of her human inhabitants.

We are of the Earth. We consume it, we drink it, we breathe it. How we treat Mother Earth comes back to us directly and affects our energy. It’s time to double down on caring about what we put into our bodies – as much organic, non-GMO food as possible. Deal with these needs not with anger (which will lower your vibrations) but with action.

Start by making different choices in your own life – organic, non-GMO food, non-fluoridated water, etc. – and also be open to opportunities to create regional, national, and worldwide change. Support local farmers, and help to shine the spotlight on corporate interests that try to hide the ways that our food supply is being corrupted.

You don’t have to do any of these things perfectly today or tomorrow; in fact if you try to make dramatic changes all at once, the upheaval of fears and limiting beliefs within you will be paralyzing. But it is time to commit to conscious change. Each day is an opportunity to make new choices.

Your turnYour turn to share!

Questions? Thoughts? Concerns? I’d love to hear what you’re thinking.

And if you’re someone who can help us understand, please share what you know! I happily share my platform with you.

  1. Great stuff here, Christina, as always! Care…a beautiful theme. One of the ways I like to care about others and the planet is the Kiva organization. I donate money which helps people around the world to start a business…it’s a micro loan…and I have been giving to it for several years now. I always choose women owned business in 3rd world countries. Just my way of caring and uplifting others. This 5th dimension stuff is so profound and I think more people are coming to realize it all the time, even if they don’t yet have ‘language’ for it yet. You work is amazing! Love, Hilary

    1. Oh yes, Hilary! I LOVE Kiva.org! I’ve been on their site for at least 5 years – and because it’s loans, not donations, I’ve been able to support hundreds of businesses with the same $250 that I started with. Well actually, my balance is down a little because I’ve donated some to the organization that runs it. It’s a great organization. <3
